Fees for Landlords

Tenant finder fee

We make a charge of £250 to find a tenant for your property. This fee covers:

• Marketing of you property on all the major websites
• Conducting viewings
• Conducting interviews with prospective tenants
• Preparing an Assured Shorthold Tenancy
• Preparing an inventory/condition report of your property on check in

Management Service

We offer a management service for 9% of the monthly rental charge. We have found most landlords prefer to have the rent paid direct to them, but we can collect it on your behalf, but you should be aware we do not have Client Money Protection.

We will deal with all issues in the first instance. Minor repairs costing less than £75 will be carried out immediately unless we are instructed otherwise. Anything above £75 will be referred to you for instructions. We have approved workmen for most jobs or you are free to appoint your own.
